Standard Terms & Conditions


1. Order Deadlines, Backorders & Delivery Schedules

Our delivery timelines depend on the product category. Orders received before the daily cut-off times will be processed as follows:

  • Fruits & Vegetables: Orders placed on Monday before 12:00 noon will be delivered the following week on Saturday, provided that the container arrives on time.
  • Cold Cuts: Orders placed before Thursday 12:00 noon will be delivered after the second upcoming Monday, no later than Tuesday.
  • Bakery: Orders placed before 03:00 PM will be delivered fresh the next day. We are closed every Thursday.
  • Butcher: Orders placed before 9:00 AM can be delivered the same day. Orders after 9:00 AM will be delivered the next morning. We are closed every Thursday.
  • Daily Orders: Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be delivered the same day. Orders after 11:00 AM will be delivered the next day.


2. Pricing & Availability

For butcher items, final pricing is calculated after weighing. We communicate the price per kg upfront. If an item is not in stock, we inform the customer immediately.


3. Shelf Life, Quality Claims & Returns

Customers must report any quality concerns — including short shelf life, damaged items, incorrect products, or products that do not meet expected standards — within 24 hours of delivery. All claims must include supporting photos and batch information. Returns are only accepted after written approval.


4. Storage Responsibility

Once products are delivered and accepted, proper storage and handling become the responsibility of the customer.


5. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Final pricing for butcher items is based on actual weight; price per kg is communicated upfront.
  • Any quality concerns — including short shelf life, damaged or incorrect items — must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos and batch details.
  • Returns are only accepted after written approval.
  • After delivery, proper storage is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Standard payment terms apply unless agreed otherwise.
