Placing an order is simple:

  1. Click the Shop button.
  2. Browse our products and select the item(s) you would like to order.
  3. Choose you desired quantity and click Add to Cart.
  4. Click View Cart to review your order.
  5. Click Checkout.
  6. Enter your delivery details and address.
  7. Select you preferred payment method.
  8. Review your order and complete the payment.

We accept payments by cash and POS (debit/credit card). Payment can be made upon pickup or delivery, where applicable.

Our delivery timelines depend on the product category. Orders received before the daily cut-off times will be proccessed. Please see Terms & Conditions for further information.

We are committed to providing high-quality products. Any concerns regarding product quality, damage, short shelf life, incorrect items, or products not meeting expected standards must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims must include clear photos and batch information. Return are subject to review and require written approval before being accepted.

If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. You can also contact us directly via WhatsApp for updates on the status of your order.

Product availability is displayed on our webshop. If an item in unavailable, it will be marked as Out of Stock. If you would like to check available quantity of a product, please contact us directly by phone.
